For all standard shop items, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Once this window passes, your order is locked in for production.
Due to the highly personalized nature of Custom Orders, they cannot be canceled once production has officially begun or materials have been sourced specifically for your design.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
