Saurabh personally reviews your request and reaches out within 24–48 hours to discuss design options, thread palette, dimensions, and quote.

Crafted by Hand
Once you approve the design brief and make an advance payment, our artisans begin the meticulous hand-stitching process in our Pune studio.

Delivered to Your Door
Your masterpiece is carefully packaged in our signature BBS box and shipped directly to you with tracking and care instructions.
