At Bespoke by Saurabh (BBS), we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade embroidery. Because each piece is custom-made or crafted in limited batches, we follow a strict return framework.
Due to the bespoke nature of our art, standard returns or exchanges based on change of mind are not accepted. Each item requires hours of meticulous hand-stitching, making it uniquely yours.
If your item arrives damaged during transit or contains a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
In the rare event that an item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
