Handcrafted embroidery requires gentle care. We recommend hand-washing garments in cold water with mild detergent. Do not wring or scrub the embroidered area. For framed pieces, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Because each custom piece is meticulously crafted by hand, our production time ranges from 7 to 21 days depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide a specific timeline when we confirm your order.
Absolutely! If you love an existing hoop or pendant but want to change the color palette or add a name, simply reach out to us via the Custom Order page before purchasing.
